Black Schoolteacher / Carwash

Book " Blood Done Sign My Name " page 59.   Teel pistol whipped a black schoolteacher breaking out several teeth. And was ordered to pay hefty medical and dental bills.  Just not true. I will say my father Robert Teel asked him to get off his property, and struck him.
Tim can't even tell the story straight. Clyde had washed his car and pulled up to the vacuum cleaner. Where you are suppose to vacuum out the car. But instead Clyde was drying off the outside of his car.

Jerry just needed to vacuum his car and asked Clyde if he could move his car from the vacuum area. I can not confirm Clyde’s reply. Then Jerry went across the street and told my father. My father was in the middle of cutting a customers hair and Colleen was in the shop. So Colleen went across the street and asked Clyde to move his car. Again I can not confirm what was said after that. But Clyde did not leave the vacuum area.

After Colleen returned, my father left his customer and went across the street. My father told Clyde he was the property owner and asked Clyde to move his car away from the vacuum area to dry it off. Clyde refused. That’s when my father struck him and ordered him off the property. The matter was settled in court.
Everybody knows that you don’t vacuum, dry and wash a car in the same location! It's clear that Tim does not know the process. I know the public understands. And you can reverse the order in which I am telling.

Most people vacuum out their car, and then move their car into the wash area. Then move it out of the wash area away from the vacuum and or wash area to dry it off.
You can reverse these procedures based on availability. But no one stays in an area not designated for that process doing something different. That should be common courtesy to other patrons! (Just another fabrication in Tim's book.)

Book " Blood Done Sign My Name " page 58. Tim states Clyde was washing his car and Jerry wanted to vacuum his car. I see that as two separate locations and the way Tim wrote it there should not have been any reason for Jerry to ask Clyde to move his car. It would not have been a problem the way Tim wrote it. This is just to point out Tim's writing skills and that Tim knows nothing about the process of washing a car. On May 6, 1970 my father was found not guilty of assault with a gun. He was ordered to pay a $25.00 court fine, and $10.00 for the Doctor's bill.

                                          Men in Robes

The book " Blood Done Sign My Name " page 3. A couple of men draped in white hoods and robes on our front porch. That would indicate the KKK to me. I myself have researched The Oxford Ledger, The Durham Herald, Raleigh Times and News & Observer. There is no mention of this from these papers during that time. I believe something that major would not have been left out of the papers. I can not personally confirm or deny about the robes because I was not there. But the newspaper confirms there were hired armed guards in many locations. Other family members have confirmed there were guards at the house. My father’s place of business also had guards. But No One in Robes. This is another one of Tim Tyson's total fabrications! There is further evidence of this in the Newspaper Article Section on this website.

Timothy B. Tyson / Radio Interview

Tim has made this case and story a life-long mission. You would think Tim should know this incident like the back of his hand. But then again a race hustler can never keep their stories straight. So listen to the words very carefully on the radio link below. This is just a sample of some of the discrepancies between the interview with Timothy B.Tyson and his book.

**Blue represents what Tim Tyson states in the book.
** Green represents statements from the radio interview.

Timothy B. Tyson states on this radio interview that Tim was told on May 11, 1970 Daddy and Roger and 'em shot 'em a N….

Now in Tim's book BDSMN, page 1, Tim Tyson states he was told on May 12, 1970. Daddy and Roger and 'em shot 'em a N... Now we have two dates! But remember, Tim was not told by the Teels on the 11th, 12th, or any other day! Jeb Stuart must not believe it either. From what I understand Jeb has created a new character for this part.

Tim has some serious issues, first of all Tim lied in his book. Then Tim makes arrangements to have NPR do a interview with him and again he can't even keep his lies straight.

The lady speaking in the radio interview making the statement." Marrow would not have said anything disrespectful to a white woman. If Marrow said anything it was to warn the people for them not to patronize the Teel’s business. Dickie would never insult a female.Tim said in this same interview according to the witnesses he made a playful flirtatious remark".

Tim states a flirtatious remark was made in his book and on the NPR interview. Henry's statement was "Do you want to FUCK." And I replied "That’s my wife you are talking to." Henry’s next reply was "I’ll FUCK her and your mother too." That is not a flirtatious remark! Tim claimed he looked at the evidence, so why has Tim deceived the public by saying a “flirtatious” remark was made?

The lady in the radio interview knew the Teels businesses were being boycotted. And according to Timothy B.Tyson's book BDSMN, page 120.They all lived together and you can see who sent Henry to the store to get a big Pepsi-Cola.
It should be obvious to everyone; this race hustler can not keep up with his lies. It’s amazing how money can distort history and your memory.
