Timothy B.Tyson fabricated men in robes on our porch on page 3 BDSMN, on page 213, 214 & 215. Klansmen on both sides of the road and shots being fired over the marchers heads. This is just more of Tim's total fabrication in " Blood Done Sign My Name." There was no mention of this in the newspapers if this had taken place as Tim Tyson states the newspapers would have had a field day. Appears to have been a peaceful march that Timothy B.Tyson has once again misrepresented.

" Blood Done Sign My Name " pages 144 & 145 where Timothy B. Tyson states someone saw my father loading ice at 7 AM Tuesday morning. Just to make it clear that we went straight to the police station after the incident. Here is a statement from the Oxford Police Chief. And the man who was supposedly seen on the morning of May 12,1970 loading ice on a truck was definitely not my father or me. And if ice was being loaded up it was another family member who was getting ready to take my brothers out of Granville County.
